Elizabeth Paras graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Entrepreneurship. She is currently enrolled in the Teaching Certification Program at Ascend Training and Review Center in the Philippines, aspiring to become a certified Professional Teacher. Elizabeth began her teaching career in January 2023, and she now teaches History and Economics at South Pacific Academy, where she also advises 9th-grade students.
Elizabeth’s dedication to community service is evident in her involvement with the Lions Club of Pago Pago, which she joined in December 2022 and was officially inducted into in April 2023. In September 2023, she revitalized the LEO Club at South Pacific Academy, inducting 16 new LEO students.
Before transitioning to education, Elizabeth had a successful 15-year career in the corporate world. She worked at NAPA Auto Parts in Tafuna from 2016 to 2023 as an Administrative Bookkeeper. Despite her corporate achievements, she found a new sense of purpose in teaching and serving her community.
Elizabeth’s journey reflects her commitment to both professional growth and community engagement, marking her as a dedicated educator and active community member.
